Last updated: 2026

Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing the ProjX website, contacting us, submitting a request, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services We Provide

ProjX provides project planning, software development support, learning project support, prototype builds, dashboards, automation workflows, documentation guidance, setup help, and explanation support based on confirmed scope.

Project Scope

The project scope, timeline, deliverables, pricing, revisions, and support limits must be confirmed before work begins. Any feature, module, documentation, or change outside the confirmed scope may require additional time and cost.

Personal And Professional Use

ProjX supports both personal projects and professional builds. Users are responsible for following their institution, organisation, employer, platform, or applicable policy requirements.

No Grade Or Outcome Guarantee

ProjX does not guarantee marks, grades, approvals, funding, business results, employment outcomes, platform acceptance, or review decisions. We provide working output, support, and guidance based on agreed scope.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, deadlines, reference materials, format instructions, required modules, and timely feedback. Delays in sharing information may affect the delivery timeline.

Payments

Payment terms must be confirmed before work begins. Work may be started, continued, paused, or delivered based on agreed payment milestones. Transaction charges, if any, may depend on the payment method used.

Delivery And Support

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, features, documentation needs, data availability, revisions, and client responsiveness. Setup or explanation support is provided only within the agreed scope and reasonable support period.

Revisions And Changes

Reasonable corrections related to agreed scope can be discussed. Major design changes, additional features, technology changes, new documentation requirements, or late requirement changes may be treated as additional work.

Third-Party Tools And Licences

Projects may use third-party libraries, frameworks, APIs, templates, datasets, hosting platforms, or tools. Those third-party services may have their own licences, limits, pricing, and terms.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for each project should be clarified during scope confirmation. Third-party assets, open-source libraries, and external tools remain subject to their own terms and licences.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjX is not liable for indirect losses, institutional penalties, business losses, missed deadlines caused by client delay, third-party tool failure, hosting issues, or misuse of delivered work.
